Why should a buyer not wait for it? Interest part of it? I know we’re going all out today. Why? But why should they not wait? I don’t think you should wait. If you are ready. If you’re ready. If you’re ready and you’ve planned it, you know, for how many months you have. Or talk to someone that’s able to help you plan for it.
The thing is, if you wait for interest rate cuts, which is what everyone is waiting for, everyone is waiting for the same. You know, I get it. Rates are high. You’re going to you’re going to pay sort of a higher monthly premium on your mortgage for the time being. Right. But just kind of how we were going back in the very beginning with the the traffic with open houses, there’s less of them out there.
So basically less competition at the open houses, making offers. There’s going to be cause there’s people out there, you know, the ones that are coming to the open houses are serious and ready to buy because they’ve been in the market competing for quite some time.
