If you live in Cupertino and you’ve been there for a while, you you will notice that BALCO bong BALCO is gone and they’ve been working on that redevelopment of that site for the past five years, I would say.
So things are finally starting to move.
Construction preparation is expected to begin this summer on Cupertino’s largest ever housing project at the site of BALCO, a shopping mall.
The rise in mixed use and housing project will include shops, offices and 2400 residential spaces with half reserved for affordable units.
That’s a lot.
And then the rise is slated for completion by 2028.
And the deadline?
You know, it depends on the sales, the state and the local real estate market.
