What did you think in terms of last year and this year about the activity.
About the activity? So obviously last year we see more buyers in the market because rates will lower and this year rates has went up, like you said, eight time this year. And obviously buyers, they got scared. They they took a break. They decide not to buy the waiting for the vacancy drops and it’s haven’t been dropped since August.
And with forest and sea rates went up a little bit, went by 1%. And we are seeing more mortgage and people start to refinance and we start seeing mortgage application, more application and yeah, more buyers getting back to market.
