Right. Whereas the middle income, it’s up to 140% of the area immediate income qualification. So it’s higher, but it’s also based off the property where you’re purchasing it. So if you’re looking to relocate to Sacramento, it’s going to be based off of income levels in Sacramento. So if you’re living here in Alameda County or Santa Clara County, income may be a little bit higher.
But to offset that, they go up to 140% of their income. And this is the middle income downpayment grant. It’s up to 50,000. It’s a 5 to 1 as well. Both of them forgivable within after five years. First time homebuyers, I think. And when you say grant, that means it’s free money, correct? It’s free money.
