Kevin, I know that you mentioned that you guys have a new loan product. Product? Why don’t you tell us a little bit about that?
Well, the actually, it’s a22 grant down payment assistance program. One of them is called the Wish Program. And the other one is the middle income Downpayment Assistance with the Wish grant. It’s a 4 to 1 ratio, up to 30,000 with a minimum borrower contribution of 7500. To access the full grant, it’s based off of 80% of the area median income of your current residence.
So where you live. So if you live in Santa Clara County, then it’s 80% based off of a higher income. And if you would purchase somewhere else, you know, it benefits you.
