And how much do you guys charge for a commission? Typically, what is the typical charge for a compass in the future? That’s a great question. I think three Bay Area with being how high priced it is, you know, you definitely charge less. Yeah, but I don’t think those offers are going to get accepted. Right. Right. Already you’re you’re already losing.
I think the average is going to be 2 to 2 and a half. Okay. I think that’s a fair range. And I think the buyers, you know, being up to them to pay for it, that’s another thing that they’re going to have to deal with. Right. So they might ask for a little offer that. No. But I think to the two and a half percent is where it’s going to be.
And one thing I want to clarify is for all the seller in the Bay Area, you are you will always be able to negotiate your commission commissions, speak to your the buyers and the seller side.
